Leave on for one hour for a healthy glow, two hours leaves you with a golden bronze and three hours creates a dark tan. How to use: Pump the mousse onto the applicator mitt (sold separately) and apply in light sweeping motions, starting from your legs and working your way up. Wait 1-3 hours depending on your desired shade then rinse off the tinted guide color with warm water only. After showering, your skin will have a light color but the self tan actives will continue to work for up to eight hours, developing and deepening into your chosen shade of tan that lasts for days.
